Dock SlipsThe Chalet has a private dock until Labor Day when the dock is removed for the season. For rentals after Labor Day, there will be space at Boathouse Bay.
All other houses have one slip at the dock at Boathouse Bay. Lake George Commission requires boat owners to obtain a vehicle inspection control seal (VICS). NOTE: You may not launch your motor boat from Meadow Point, use the boat launch at the Marina (nominal fee). SwimmingGet suited up! There is swimming all over the point. Apollo's Rock has a diving board, or you can dive off the dock at the Chalet. At Driftwood, you have hundreds of feet of shoreline right in front of you, and for the Bay House, the bay is right out your front door. Everyone uses Apollo's Rock and the Bay, but the Chalet dock and the Driftwood swimming rock are generally private.
Water skiingDon't forget you can water ski on Lake George! Plan ahead for those mornings where the lake is like glass! Bring your equipment! The Lake George Commission has rules about boating and skiing. Please follow the link and read them.

PicnicsThere are several places to picnic both on the point and on small islands in the lake.
ConnectivityWifi is available in all of the houses as of 2019.
AT&T provides a reliable, strong cellphone signal. Tennis CourtThere is a clay tennis court available to all renters. There are rules, however, since this is a clay court and is reconditioned each year prior to the season. Lots of things damage the surface, and a damaged surface means a bad game for everyone.
